Founder / Teacher

Claire is the founder and head teacher for Diva Dance Academy and believes it truly reflects what dance is all about – having fun! With a flexible ability in the dance field Claire has been dancing for 18 years and has studied Tap, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Cabaret and Burlesque amongst many others. Claire has been teaching and performing professionally for 6 years and has worked for various dance companies, gyms, theatres and colleges throughout the South-West. Claire is also the founder of Pumped Dance School and The Showgirl Academy.



With a high passion and enthusiasm for dance and musical theatre, Anna started dancing at the age of 5, studying ballet, tap and modern. She attended stage school throughout her school years eventually taking Performing Arts at college. From the age of 18 Anna has taught and performed professionally for various companies throughout the South-West and also owns a professional dance and circus agency.



Aimee has danced all of her life specialising in ballet, tap, modern and hip-hop and has completed all of her ISTD exams. She is a key member of United Front, a street dance crew who were crowned champions twice in 2010.
She also dances with a professional commercial dance troupe called Fierce who perform regularly throughout the South UK. Aimee has a passion for musical theatre shows and the 80’s, so really enjoys teaching for Diva.



Alina studied ballet, modern and musical theatre throughout her childhood and at various dance colleges gaining a BTEC and HND.
She then took to the ocean and cruised around the world for 9 years performing as a showgirl scarlet at shows such as ‘Crazy Paris Show’ and ‘Feerie’ at The Moulin Rouge in Paris where she was dance captain.
With an impressive CV Alina is a true professional who always brings laughter and fun into her teaching.

Kate Bunting



Katie trained with the Minety Dance School from the age of 11-18 years studying ballet, tap and jazz. When she attended university she had a taste of musical theatre and fell in love with the dance style instantly. She later went on to direct and choreograph Fame for the Performing Arts Society, whilst performing in many musicals and theatre shows herself. When she moved to Bristol she trained with Pumped Dance School and is now part of their professional commercial dance troupe.
